Legamus! (lat. = lasst uns vorlesen!)<\/em> macht freie und kostenlose H\u00f6rb\u00fccher von\u00a0 Texten, die in Europa gemeinfrei sind. Ein Text wird gemeinfrei, wenn das Urheberrecht (Copyright) erlischt, in Europa und vielen anderen L\u00e4ndern<\/a> 70 Jahre nach dem Tod des Autors.<\/p>\n

Die Vorleser von Legamus sind Amateure, auch du kannst mitmachen. Du brauchst dazu nur deinen Computer, eine Internetverbindungen, ein Mikrofon und kostenlose Aufnahmesoftware<\/a>. Weitere Informationen findest du in unserem Forum<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Legamus macht nur Aufnahmen von Texten, die ab 1923 erschienen sind. Texte von vor 1923 sind auch in den USA in der Public Comain (copyrightfrei). Diese Texte werden bei LibriVox.org<\/a> vorgelesen und k\u00f6nnen dort heruntergeladen<\/a> werden. Hinweis:<\/strong> Die Texte von LibriVox aufnahmen sind copyrightfrei in der Vereinigten Staaten, k\u00f6nnen in anderen L\u00e4ndern aber noch urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzt sein.

Legamus! (Latin: let’s read together!)<\/em> makes free audio books from texts that are in the Public Domain in Europe. In this context, Public Domain means that copyright has expired on the original text. In Europe and many other parts of the world<\/a>, copyright protection expires 70 years after the author’s death.<\/p>\n

Legamus readers are all volunteers, and you can volunteer too! All you need is a computer, an internet connection, a microphone and some free software<\/a>. You can find more information in our forums<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Legamus only records texts that were published in or after 1923. These texts are still protected by copyright in the USA. Texts published before this date are in the Public Domain in the USA and are recorded by LibriVox.org<\/a>. You can download them from the LibriVox catalogue<\/a>. Please note<\/strong> that\u00a0 all LibriVox recordings are in the Public Domain in the USA, but may still be protected by copyright in other countries.

In Europa, come in molte altre parti del mondo<\/a>, i diritti d’autore cessano dopo settant’anni dalla morte dell’autore.<\/p>\n
