Thanks, Viktor. I guess you should wait for the files to be completely ready (i.e. Oked by Leni and with disclaimer).

Both files are PL OK, and they have a disclaimer already.

They do have a disclaimer, but because I figured I shouldn't upload any file in the open without one. It isn't the final one.

Thank you, Leni. :)

Ruth, it seems like we have a disclaimer and a decision on the license now.
Have a look here: http://legamus.eu/forum/viewtopic.php?f ... ead#unread (in the code template).
I don't know if you'll want to add it before or after the PL. :)

Hello Ruth and Leni

Leni, are you still going to PL this?

With everything that's happening at LV, I feel a craving for cataloging

And I will record the proper disclaimer today. I am sorry, everybody. Life elsewhere took over, as you know.

Revised files uploaded

prophet_1_gibran.mp3
http://dl.free.fr/girj543TS

prophet_2_gibran.mp3
http://dl.free.fr/oUbLRbwcM

I will probably not be able to start on the Sherlock Holmes until the New Year. I have quite a few recordings to make for LV.

Nadine: PMing you the delete URLs for your records. I will delete the original files if they are still there.

No problem, Ruth. I'm downloading for spot-check right now :)

ETA: The summary says temporary, do you want to change that?

I've double checked the files, and the disclaimer is there. So we can catalogue this as soon as the summary is ready :)

I have redone the summary - formatted with HTML for Wordpress. I have explained the copyright/licence situation in the summary. Is this acceptable? Feel free to change it, if not.

I have also posted my long-drafted blog post about Legamus:
http://golding.wordpress.com/2011/10/19 ... n-venture/

I hope this is OK? Perhaps I should have cleared it first... :? I don't seem to be thinking in the right order these days.

Great blog post!

And of course you don't need to ask first. This is a free country. Free countries? Free Europe? Bah! Free Internet! ;)

Ruth, you're the copyright expert, no need to ask :) And great post too! I'll link to it from my blog (which has a very limited audience, it's only for my grandpa's sake).

Please see my posts at http://legamus.eu/forum/viewtopic.php?p=791#p791 about the 64kbps version of the files. :)

Dear Ruth,

with the idea of a 64kbps file, I do not want to create any hassle or delays. If you're happy with the 128 kbps version, should we just go ahead and publish that one? If later on you give us a 64 kbps file you're happy with, we can just replace the other one or add it as another possible download.

I am working on part 2 now.

Size: 40.8 MB
Duration: 44:35

The original file was too bad. Noise-cleaning made it sound too thin, so I re-recorded it, and I have had it proof-listened.

That is, I promise you, finally the end of The Prophet. :D

Cataloged! Tell me whether the text, taken from the first post, is OK for the catalog too, and I remove the password (which is "legamus").
