The Benson Murder Case by S.S. Van Dine (1888-1939)

This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on our catalog page:
http://legamus.eu/blog/?p=177

New York dilettante Philo Vance decides to assist the police in investigating the death of another man-about-town because he finds the psychological aspects of the crime of interest and feels that they would be beyond the capacities of the police, even those of his friend District Attorney Markham. Vance investigates the circumstances under which the body was found and reconstructs the crime sufficiently to determine that the murderer is five feet, ten and a half inches in height. Together, Vance and Markham investigate Benson's business associates and romantic interests until Vance manages to pierce the murderer's alibi for the time of the murder and force a confession. Sounds like a nice project.
I'm you MC for this project. MW is prepared. To give you access to the google doc we use for this I need your email address. May I take the one you used to register here or would you prefer another one? It shouldn't be your most personnel private address.

Best thing to use at the moment is ge.tt.
Simply type ge.tt into the URL field/address field of your browser, no need to sign up or anything. Click upload file, follow the instructions on the screen and in the end copy the URL from the URL field and post it here, please.
You can create a free account, but you don't need to.

I move us to readers found.

Sorry about the delay in posting the second chapter Nadine. It's now up. My pace should pick up now (I had a major shed residing and shingling project that took up two weekends  )

Oops, well, no pressure, Nadine. But it's been a rainy day and my dog's been quiet. I've got chapter 3 up now. I'll just post them as they come now without mentioning it.
