Yeah, Emily overreacted a little there

Chapters 15-17 are here, but take as long as you need to! :D

I've now recorded 7 1/2 hours of this - that's as long as my first solo!

Ta-da! I have fixed them ALL :D
And I have the next chapter recorded, just need to edit it.

10.27 big loud clippling/jumping
10.31 big loud clippling/jumping
also 11.01, 11.29, 12.05, 12.44

it sounds as if the original recording or the file itself is corrupted somehow!
All fixed! I've re-recorded a portion of the chapter, so from around 10:00 to around 13:00 will need listening to :)

7.35 min your laughing causes clipping, it is too loud :-(
13.50 sentence is missing: " the note-book. ... She had half an hour yet before it was necessary to go to the school. " ....
18.08 "-she couldn't have. Who then? Mary? " - clipping
18.53 "Mrs. Ball, had ... a daughter who was a Prep" - hesitation
24.38 ... she never liked to recall. ... stumble
All fixed! :D http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/z ... gomery.mp3

6.34 min clipping: "... --I know. You will forgive me?"
also clipping: 6.47, 6.50, 6.53, 7.26, 10.11
Fixed too: http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/z ... gomery.mp3
15 at the end you say: end of chapter 14 .... it's 13 instead
I was feeling very confused about the numbers that day - I had to redo the intro on another section too
Fixed now: http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/z ... gomery.mp3

Woo! :D

Some more:

http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/B ... gomery.mp3
http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/K ... gomery.mp3

So now I've finished all the chapters that are over 5000 words. (Anything over that wordcount is what I call "long" ) And now this is 8 1/2 hours long, which is longer than my longest solo so far (8 hours). (Have you noticed I like numbers? )

More!
There was one sentence in section 24 (chapter 22) that was missing from the Gutenberg Australia text. My hard copy includes that sentence, so I read it. The paragraph didn't really make sense without it ;)

I'm planning to read the third book in the trilogy, Emily's Quest, at some point, but not just yet. I also want to read Jane of Lantern Hill by the same author at some point :)

:) Take as long as you need to, because I still have to finalize the summary and find a cover picture.

Thanks Julia! :) The summary is done, and here is the cover (one of about a million that I'm still not quite happy with, but I can't find one that fits perfectly ;) )

Yay! Thanks Ramona!

I've fixed section 21: http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/g ... gomery.mp3
And section 24: http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/g ... gomery.mp3
I couldn't do much about 26, but I listened through and fixed one noise (@ 9:33) which I thought was especially annoying, I left the rest:
http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/g ... gomery.mp3
And the cover again (forgot to resize it to 300 again) http://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/g ... _Cover.jpg
Which is from here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File ... cklock.jpg

Thank you both! I'm excited to be finished this finally! :D
