the rest was fine!

No reply :( Do you want me to advertise for another proof listener?
I've fixed that one (grrr, I recently had a cold and I thought I had edited all the sniffs out)

PL notes:

Part 1, chapter 6: in the intro you said part 2, chapter 6

Part 1, chapter 10: PL OK!

Part 2, chapter 6: @ 9:27: I gave Jane Marden's a lemon rise should be lemon rinse
Thank you! You read very nicely :)

I'm going to fix the first PL note. Not sure yet what to do about the second one, but I'll figure something out before the end of the project. Or maybe Tiffany will be back by then :)

Is that fiddlesticks? She's also on LV under the same username. She told me she's busy at the moment, but I think she'd want to do minor corrections to get the section finished - so maybe go PM her over on LV and see if you can raise a response.

She doesn't have internet anymore so she had to give up a lot of her projects :(

Beth,
I think this is the first time I've heard you not in a DR, and I kept expecting someone else's voice to come in
Section 3 is PL OK!
Section 2 is much too quiet (79 db) :?

Thanks!

Oh yes, I made a mental note to fix the volume in this file and then forgot all about it! Fixed now. New link:

I'd forgotten how much I like this book! I'll plan to come back and read some more, once I have "Wives and Daughters" a bit more under control. 5 Chapters narrated, 55 to go!

Yikes! The longest book I ever did was Anne of the Island, which was only 41 chapters and they were mostly really short ;)
Section 2 is PL OK!
Now, back to adding text links to Dr. Dolittle. Adding text links is my least favourite part of BC'ing a DR. I always mess it up.

I am delighted by this project. :) May I recite Chapter 12?
I find the subject matter touching and emotional.

Hi, I notice that my previous post did not go through? Maybe it is because I am new.

I would certainly enjoy recording Chapter 12.

Thank You.

Hi Butt3r,
Sure, I'd love to have you read chapter 12, as long as you're outside of the US.

Thank you! :)
