Hi. I was browsing a site with Polish-language texts, when I noticed a German translation of "Treny" ("Threnodies"), a famous cycle of 16th century poems by Jan Kochanowski, an outstanding Polish poet who wrote this work to mourn the death of his little daughter.
The poems were translated in the late 1920s by Spiridion Wukadinović, a professor of German at the Kraków University. He died in 1938 so the work is PD in death+70 years countries.
