Re: Group [ENG] Anne of Windy Poplars by L. M. Montgomery -

ahhhh! I am still here (somewhere)! Life gets away a bit, doesn't it?
So...I have to fix up the intro to Part 2, chp 8 (correct?)
And then get going on Part 1, ch 5, 7, 8, 9.
I'm putting my husband on kiddie bedtime duty and getting these done...

Re: Group [ENG] Anne of Windy Poplars by L. M. Montgomery -

Just checking in to say, I'm still here! I certainly haven't forgotten about this project. Other major life commitments are coming to a quiet season where I hope to get lots done here :)

Re: Group [ENG] Anne of Windy Poplars by L. M. Montgomery -

Hi Rachel, just letting you know I haven't forgotten about this, but have had a head cold (and a nasally voice!) which has taken a few weeks to clear up. Just yesterday I was thinking my voice sounded normal again, but today I woke up all blocked up again. Woe is me (not really, but it means I won't...

Glad you like it, isn't it a rollicking chapter?! Yep, I can change that. I'm still so excited that I get to contribute to an Anne project, haha.

Re: Group [ENG] Anne of Windy Poplars by L. M. Montgomery -

Soooo, a funny thing...I was happily recording away, finished editing and then realised that this is in fact chapter 8 of PART 2, not part 1! But thankfully, no one had yet put their name down for that (and it was a hilarious chapter), so here it is! I haven't included the section part in the record...

Re: Group [ENG] Anne of Windy Poplars by L. M. Montgomery -

Great, thanks Rachel. I'll start with part 1, chps 5,7,8 and 9. I just have two short chapters to finish for an LV project and then I'll get onto it :)

Re: Group [ENG] Anne of Windy Poplars by L. M. Montgomery -

I'll record some chapters!
I'm new to legamus but have done a couple of LV readings. Do I record with all the same settings? I'm being climbed on by a 1.5year old and can't concentrate enough to choose which chapters yet, but I will return! It would be a privilege to be part of an Anne recording!! :)

Re: Welcome everybody!

Hello, I notice it's a few months since the last post, but are things still ticking over here? I'm in Australia, and I've recently joined Librivox. I've contributed to a couple of projects on there, but would love to record 'Blinky Bill' which is PD in Australia (published in 1933, Dorothy Wall died...
